Yes, we typically require a deposit to begin the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion or before delivery, depending on the arrangement.

Yes, we offer delivery services for custom furniture and art. Delivery times will depend on your location and the size of the item. Our team will keep you informed throughout the process.

Yes, we can arrange international shipping for custom pieces. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated based on your location and the size of the order. Standard shipping is by AIR, however different shipping cost or discount are applicable in case you want to use sea shipping route- enquiry at info@boozitaly.com for the quotation. Lead time by sea will be longer.

Design & Customization

Once a design is approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible without affecting the timeline and cost. However, we’ll work closely with you during the design phase to make sure you’re completely happy before we begin.

Returns & Exchanges

Since each piece is made to your specifications, custom furniture and art are  not eligible for return or exchange. However, if there is a defect or issue with the quality, please contact us and we’ll address the problem.

In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged, please take immediate picture upon arrival of the goods and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a repair or replacement, depending on the situation.
